  No hot water service due to gas work. Last minute notice. Also car parking was an issue was well.

  Constant smell of cigarettes through the whole place. Leaking windows and pealing paint. Locations good but not much else. Overall just a bad stay, personally would not stay here again.

  Stayed in a family suite. Mould in the bathroom, very poor condition of bath, dust everywhere in bedroom. Bad smell in the corridor. Would not recommend. Would definitely not stay again. Window is so low in a family suite - a child could fall out of there! Not safe for families.

  In many ways quite good. Rooms are adequate, reception works and prices are reasonable. But it just seems that little bit rundown. Worn patches of carpet. Marks on walls. Not quite sure what is, or isn't, happening.

  Very disappointing. I don't know who rates these places but not nice at all. Bathroom walls and ceiling have patches of mould and paint peeling around ceiling fan. They say main reception and the restaurant are being renovated so for breakfast they say "go to place around the corner, across the road in the middle" but they can't tell me the name of the place so can't find it. Not helpful at all. Please check out room 406 then decide if it deserves a good rating!
