  My wife and I have had 4 trips organised by Heather Testro of Hawthorn Travel and they have all been very successful. Heather's recommendations for places to stay and visit have always been excellent as have the airline bookings. All our trips have gone without any faults. All the staff at Hawthorn Travel treat us with respect and for us Heather has been remarkably professional in her dealings with us always having our best interests at heart. We could not recommend Hawthorn Travel more highly.

  We have used Hawthorn Travel over many years and have always been very satisfied with the advice and assistance provided. Casey looked after us many times and now Tracey Fidone. We had complications with flight bookings carried over from 2020 and Tracey persevered with airline and got the situation resolved very favorably for us. Thanks to the team there, we’ll be back for our next trip bookings! Highly recommended.

  We recently completed a trip organised through Hawthorn Travel & Cruise with Heather Testro as our Consultant. We travelled extensively through Scandinavia and Estonia and involved many side arms as in flights, train travel and ferries. In each city Heather Testro organised tour guides, private transport and advice on activities, all of which we enjoyed.
  The trip was amazing and all went off flawlessly due to the skill and advice given by Heather and Trevor, owner of HTC.
  We have had many trips organised through Heather, always with Hawthorn Travel & Cruise and we couldn’t ask for more professional and expert advice and guidance.

  My family recently returned from the trip of a lifetime in Canada and Alaska. With 3 generations to cater for and two teenagers, there were plenty of challenges to make this holiday fun for everyone. Heather Teatro at Hawthorn Travel was amazing. She had loads of local knowledge and suggestions and was always happy to go back over the plans to improve our itinerary. She literally thought of everything and had anticipated and avoided any possible issues. Everything she planned for us ran like clockwork and our time abroad was as stress free as possible. When Heather was away on annual leave, Casey Murphy ably took over our case, showing just as much interest and care as Heather. I would thoroughly recommend Heather and the team at Hawthorn Travel to go above and beyond in looking after all your travel requirements.
