The compound scar cream is AMAZING! the results are incredible and I love the use and ease of the applicator.   This place exceeded expectations; when you walk past on high street it looks more like a priceline but they have a decent sized proper pharmacy section out the back. Once you get past the makeup the place has a nice feel to it and I found all the staff friendly and helpful. Plus they gave me a booster shot as a walk in! Will definitely be going here instead of Chemist Warehouse going forward, just a shame I didn't give it a go earlier!

  Got there today to get 3 copies signed/certified. I was asked $5 for each paper to be signed by a hostile looking guy behind the counter...I guess looters are everywhere nowadays! Chemist warehouse down the road signed them all free with a friendly smile.

  Hi, I would like to thank the pharmacy for its exceptional customer service. I appreciate the lateral thinking from the cashier assistant, she at least tried to offer a solution, and for that I do thank her. Although the person attending the dispensary has a lot of learning to do as far as customer service is concerned. I am still shaking from the experience. I will not go into detail, as I would never wish a person to lose their job on my account. I dislike the whole idea of reviews and the star rating system as you can never tell what is true. My identity is clear to see, and I have not named anyone. The incident occurred on Friday the 21st of July 2023 at approximately 7:30pm. Strange as it may seem I will continue my patronage with the pharmacy as my decades-long family Doctor and a Gentleman, has the surgery adjoining the Chemist. I can only wait with anticipation to see how it is resolved.
  Kind regards to whom ever is interested in sharing my issues.

I was also interested to hear of how your team has embraced new innovations, and how they're contributing to much better outcomes for your customers.
  
  I've already told all my family and friends they should only come to you from now on - as I will be! To anyone seeking a pharmacy that can deliver it all - central location, professional, friendly and knowledgeable service, a wide product range to choose from, interactions rather than transactions, and with an accomplished and future-focused leader at the helm - your search is over!
