  I went today and there is a staff who is tall and wear glasses ( maybe called Mark, not 100% sure if I remember his name correctly) , is very nice and professional. I came to ask if the promotion products are available, he checked for me one by one and did a few times. I really appreciate their great customer services and that made my day !

  This is my local chemist and so we have been a customer here for a few years now. There is always trouble with the pharmacists and filling medication. If my dosage has changed they question me and never want to fill the script as my last one “was different”. Have refused to sell me a cream for eczema for my son on multiple occasions now which was recommended by our doctor. The cream is not prescription but kept behind the counter. Since when do pharmacists know more about my sons condition than his own doctor? Today the pharmacist told me to go to star chemist next time as they won’t sell it to me anymore. We will be buying our multiple medications and Tina of formula elsewhere from now on. Extremely rude pharmacy team. I would rather pay extra than to be harassed by them every time I need something. It’s hard enough having a medical condition that is constantly changing than to have to explain myself every time I try to buy a cream which has no extreme side effects anyway! Will be telling everyone I know to avoid this chemist warehouse.

  Wonderful customer service. Was served by a well mannered, well spoken and respectful young lady. Was extremely kind and professional in her mannerisms and made the experience all the much better. An indispensable worker that Chemist Warehouse should consider themselves lucky to have. I Wonderfully pleasant experience 10/10

  A young, male security officer was very clearly following me from the moment I walked through the door. I purchased a couple of items, and he demanded to see my receipt despite watching me pay at the register just a moment prior. I shouldn’t be treated like a criminal for taking my time to browse, especially when your store is cramped and poorly laid out. Power trip or total creep? Either way, I won’t be returning.

Her knowledge and prompt assistance made my shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Kudos to Kristen for maintaining such high standards of customer service even on busy days.
